Duo or trio session on the Reformer. Ideal for partners or friends who want to train together with individual attention.
Group class with a maximum of 6 students. Perfect for those with Pilates experience who want to maintain a regular practice.
In-depth work on flexibility, strength and postural correction on the Tower and Cadillac apparatus. Available as a private session.
Pilates programme adapted for post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain or special conditions. Prescribed and supervised by a physiotherapist.
Postural and movement assessment session, mandatory for new students. Includes health history and goal-setting.
